- Planning & Design. We will work with you, architects and engineers to create a detailed plan and design for the project. We will obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Foundation & Structural Work. We will build foundation and structural elements of the project, such as walls, floors, and roofs. Renovating the house by upgrading walls, floors and roofs.
- Plumbing, Electrical and Mechanical Systems. We will install the necessary systems to support the project, such as plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning.
- Finishing Work. Completing the interior and exterior finishes of the project according to your interior designer's specifications.
- Project Management. Overseeing the entire project from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting and quality control.
Maintenance
Many of our clients have busy schedules and require the logistics of running their property to be taken care of in a seamless fashion. From having their property renovated and maintained, to having a driver meet them at the airport or returning home to find a fully stocked refrigerator.
Whether you reside in London full time, visit occasionally or simply keep your property as a pied-à-terre, we will go the extra mile to ensure your comfort upon returning to your home from home.
